Abstract:

To promote the development of emerging stem cell disciplines, it is urgent to promote the construction of disciplinary talents vigorously. The current situation and problems of talent construction in the field of stem cells were systematically analyzes and the development path suitable for the construction of talents in the field of emerging disciplines of stem cells was explored in this article, from the perspectives of teachers and students, research and technology, management and evaluation, etc. Three aspects practical experience has been proposed: the first is to innovation textbook, curriculum design, innovative teaching methods and training mode; The second is to strengthen the introduction of high-end talents and the cultivation of outstanding young talents; The third is to establish a scientific evaluation system and multiple measures of logistical and rewarding condition to support talent in line with the development of the stem cell industry, in order to help China achieve leading development in the field of stem cells. This practical experience also provides reference for talents construction of emerging disciplines in other fields.
