Abstract:

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common pathological type in liver cancer, with a high mortality rate. Lack of a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms underlying HCC development lead to poor prognosis. Long-chain non-coding RNA (LncRNA) is an important component in gene regulation, and can regulate the occurrence and development of liver cancer cells through epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation. In recent years, with the in-depth study of the role of LncRNA in the development of HCC, new methods have been provided for the early diagnosis, disease control and prognosis assessment of HCC. This article reviews the research progress of the role of LncRNA in HCC.
